Account Manager

The Account Manager is responsible for performing a variety of tasks to increase sales and grow their assigned client base. They will be the primary contact for the client, and will use a consultative approach to meet specific client needs. This includes making presentations to prospective clients, managing all aspects of the sales process, and providing customer service after the sale.

  • Work closely with sales team

  • Analyze information

  • Monitor performance of all accounts

  • Work with other departments

  • Provide customer service post sale

  • A Bachelor’s degree

  • Minimum of 5 years experience as an Account Manager or Sales Representative

Foreman

The Foreman is a lead worker who is responsible for the management of a construction job site. The Foreman is responsible for coordinating and directing various tradespeople to complete the project on time and within budget. This includes assigning work to other tradespeople, as well as technical coordination between those tradespeople and the Foreman.

  • Supervise all trades, including preparation, installation, and inspection of materials
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
  • Direct coordination of work activities
  • Assign jobs to other tradespeople
  • Coordinate with other foremen and supervisors about progress of work

Draftman

The draftsman is responsible for the design, specification, and drafting of architectural and engineering plans. A draftsman is required to be proficient in the use of AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other drafting software. The draftsman is responsible for drawing and detailing engineering projects with the necessary precision and accuracy.

  • Draw engineering projects from blueprints, sketches

  • Detail engineering projects with the necessary precision and accuracy

  • Use a variety of drafting techniques to produce a wide range of drawings

  • Perform layout, detail, and specification drawings

  • Communicate with engineers to ensure accuracy in design

  • Maintain a drawing log

  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
